Michael is an experienced motorsport consultant and hands-on activation specialist. Michael arrived in Abu Dhabi in 2010 following his Masters in Business Organisation, Strategy and Change Management at EM Lyon Grande École where his studies and work experience spanned France, Germany and the UK.
Michael has applied his skillset across a variety of international projects. With particular focus on the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, his major-event experience includes work with the likes of Formula One Management, the FIA, Shell, Scuderia Ferrari, Yas Marina Circuit, Motor Sport Business Forum, Circuit of The Americas, Bahrain International Circuit, Porsche Motorsport, Sochi Autodrom, Baku City Circuit, Instituto Ayrton Senna and Daniel Ricciardo. Michael’s experience, knowledge and expertise make him a complete ‘all-rounder’ in the world of Formula 1.
Strategist | Kawthar Bin Sulayem
Kawthar is an expert strategist, advisor and entrepreneur. With more than 15 years of experience in the PR and Marketing industry, Kawthar has extensively worked across government and private sector platforms in the UAE and abroad.
Kawthar began her endeavors in The Executive Office of the UAE Vice President, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, where she assumed responsibilities for media, marketing, crisis communications and reputation management. She was later seconded by the Government of Abu Dhabi to oversee media operations and communications for Yas Marina Circuit; being appointed as the first Emirati National Press Officer for the inaugural Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Her business and entrepreneurial instincts have lead her to become one of the UAE’s most sought after strategical consultants for organisations across diverse industries.

Martin is an experience automotive consultant, having conducted strategic projects for the likes of BMW, Porsche, Subaru and Volkswagen. He has helped clients tackle challenges ranging from Innovation Management, through to Branding, and Transformation & Change Management. Martin holds a PhD in Economics with focus on Consumer Insights; with a proven track record of applying a wide range of analytical methods to solve complex issues. Today, he supplements this knowledge with the use of innovative business practices: Design Sprints, WOLD and SCRUM.
At the same time, Martin is not afraid of getting his hands dirty, literally! For example, as a rally mechanic with Subaru’s manufacturer rally team in the ERC.
Media Savant | Kate Walker
Kate has been a card-carrying member of Formula 1’s travelling circus since 2010, as a journalist covering behind-the-scenes news for the likes of the New York Times, the Financial Times, and ESPN, among others.
In addition to her role as a journalist, Kate is experienced with print and digital media relations, working with Formula 1 teams, sponsors, promoters, drivers and the sport's governing body, the FIA.

Cameron focuses on the entire communications process, which encompasses everything within public relations, including the identification of beneficial media opportunities, the production of quality content and the handling of communications between client and media.
In addition to his primary focus of media relations, Cameron is also responsible for the overall co-ordination of all client events and activations.
